If you are bringing your pet for boarding, please read the following information:

	Ring us to book your pet first or complete our booking form.
	Ensure your pet is fully vaccinated.
	Bring with you the vaccination certificate.
	The kennel cough vaccination now lasts 1 year. We highly recommend that your dog is covered both in the summer and winter. We insist on this during the summer months. If your dog has not been vaccinated to the correct standard we will not be able to accept your dog for boarding.
	If your pet has not stayed with us before and you would like to visit us, we encourage you to do that before you bring your pet to stay - you can drop in any time during our normal opening hours - no appointment necessary!
	Opening hours are 9:30 - 1:00, 2:30 - 5:00 every day except Sunday when we are open 9:30 - 1:00, 2:30 - 4.00.

If you are bringing your pet for grooming, please help as follows:-

	Ring us to book your pet in.
	We are able to groom any day of the week, but please provide us with plenty of notice.

We accept payment by cash, cheque or debit card normally when you collect your pet. We may require a deposit during peak times.
